Verification increases trust and helps prevent fake profiles. We partner with Veriff for secure document checks.
What happens if I provide false information?
Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently removed.

Can I change my answers later?
Yes, you can update most profile fields anytime in your account settings.
What if I move to another country?
Your approximate location can be updated anytime to improve local match suggestions.

Is the platform free to use?
Basic access is free. Some premium features may require a subscription.
How is payment processed?
Payments are securely handled by our partner Paddle. We do not store full payment details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing section.
Safety & Reporting
What should I do if I encounter suspicious behavior?
Report the profile through the app. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
How is my information protected?
Your data is stored on secure servers (Azure), encrypted, and monitored to prevent unauthorized access.
